Two Poems

THROUGH THE LENS OF INTERIORITY

I’m framed the same way, dude.
Excuse me while I stream what I love:
Bare knuckle fighting.
Fishing show.
Border patrol.
Butterflies and motorcycles.
Randy +.
Fuck AppleTV+, Disney+, A+, this +, that +,
Fuck all the pluses that ever was.
Even at the apex of the zenith of the height of my animal magnetism,
I never considered love to be the best use of my time.

REAL HONEY

Unpacking hypervisibility.
Colossi astride Netflix.
Demonizers and demonetizers.
Ready mixers and kitty haulers.
Fence builders and privileged mooches.
Bullet makers and ballet creators.
Mechanics, welders, ceramicists.
Show runners and yard narcs.
Soil testers and window cleaners.
Kantians and non-Kantians.
Licensed agents and living legends.
Rurales, federales, bandoleros.
Prophets, statisticians,
Vicinity focusing technicians.
Geomancers and cradle Catholics.
Coastal locals and exotic aliens.
The stars of tomorrow.

  1. Through the Lens...I like it. Pugnacious. Revealing. The last sentence is strong, biting. It's on par with "A human beings most fiendish act is to get an other's hopes up"

Real Honey: Its jazz. Dylan Thomas rhythm. Image juxtaposed.

    Two good ones.
